    Row oat,,,,

    Is it ok if I add row oat to my pre-workout protein shake or should I go for the cooked one only???
    Please advise me

    Absolutely no problem.. i use raw oats in my breakfast, pre and post wo shakes.

    Yes Emma I did ask about the oatmeal which is already cooked but now I am asking about the Row Oat. By the way, I am too happy with the imporvment in my body. All was a result of your advises. Thanks

    As long as the oatmeal is rolled oats it means they are pre-cooked and do not need cooking then that is fine.. But use cold water as warm water is not too good for post-workout intake of whey (you want the whey to be biologically functional at this point - and high temperatures can stop this).


    Anyway - congratulations on the improvements in your body!!


    ps: Jodi - I think he ment raw oats, not row.
