    How do I get abs?

    Hey,

I'm having trouble with developing my abs so I need some advice. My problem is not the fat in front of my abs, it's just that instead of a toned, flat belly, I have a bulging pot belly. As I said before I have close to no fat in my gut. Are there any special exercises that can help with stabalizing my abdominal muscles? Is it even my abdoin or just my stomach? Could it be that I'm 13 and I'm not supposed to have good definition in my abdominal area? Anything would help even if it's the last one. Thanks.

Take it from someone who has never had abs in their life until now. Of course, at 13, don't worry about trying to get a 6-pack. Heck, you're a youngin.

    If I was 13 again, I'd be eating 5000 calories a day

The round belly look sometimes can be a combo of being bloated from what you're eating or bad posture as well... or both

Have fun...Play sports..snowboard, play tennis, basketball...Just stimulate your body and senses and if you want to really work your abdom. region, play sports that involve balance and stretching to develop your core... Dont bother with weights yet...But hey, a few sit ups/day, properly done to avoid neck issues, never hurt anyone!

I looked there already. Even did a search and none there. Maybe someone can PM Robert and see if one of the board sponsors can start carrying them.
