    Plateau/Diet help Plz!

    Hi Guys,im 17 5'9" 150 and aronud 20%bodyfat,my goal is to get down to arond 12%bodyfat and cut up.i was taking in about 1500 cal's a day but then i hit a plateau so i up my cal's to 1600, i broke my plateau but hit a other one a week later. so my q is how meny cal's sould i take in to stop hiting theys damn plateaus any tips? i do 45min of cardio and 45min of dumbell workouts also 100 push ups, 400 crunchs, and pull ups 5days a week and i rest on the weekends.
    Meal 1. 2 whole eggs, 1 tbs of all natural peanut butter, oatmeal, whey shake(1 scoop)
    Meal 2. 1 cup of mixed cooked viggies with some chicken breast,4oz cup of grape juice,8oz cup of gatorade,whey shake (1 scoop).
    Meal 3. 1 tbs of all natural peanut butter and 1 slice of whole grain whole wheat bread.
    Meal 4. 1 cup of mixed cooked viggies with some chicken breast.
    Meal 5. whey shake (1scoop) mixed with 1 fat free yogurt
    i also take Vitamins and 2 capsules of EFA Complete wich combines omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids from Microalgae Oil along with Flax Seed Oil and Borage Oil.
