New Cutting Diet

this is my revised cutting diet, i think that it is more accurate, and the calories are more spread out throughout my day.

meal1:
1 cup whole grain w/ 1 serving protein powder
1 slice whole wheat bread toast with pb

meal2:
1 procrunch meal bar
1 cup peas and carrots
1 apple

meal3:
1 cup whole grain w/ 1 serving protein powder
1 slice whole wheat bread toast with pb

meal4:
1 cup chopped chicken breast
1 cup broccoli
1 apple

meal5:
1 cup whole grain
1 pro crunch meal bar

very bland.. but i believe does the job for cutting
please help in any way possible.. thanks btw its about 2, 200 calories

I noticed in your other thread that you said you were working within your dad's budget, you many want to substitute those protein bars for something else that's healthier and more cost effective IMO

Too many shakes and bars. Dude, where's the real food. Eggs, chicken, fish etc......

Too much bread too. Good luck cutting on that much bread. Oats, sweet potatoes, brown ricet, apples etc...

Also you have no EFA's such as fish oil.

I think you need another revision

6'3" and 215 - that ain't fat by any means. What you need to to learn to eat healthy and get your but to the gym. You should NOT be cutting at your age. Instead, take this time to learn what eating healthy is and adopt a healthy lifestyle. That alone will make you drop the excess fat while you put on muscle.
