    After a cheat meal...

If I just had a big cheat meal, i.e. Christmas dinner, should I still eat 3-4 hours later? Or should I just wait a little longer?

i just ate my next meal as soon as i could

i was eating junk for about 6 hours yesteray (including the big christmas dinner in which i had 2 platefuls, i was stuffed like a turkey)

started eating at 3pm, finished eating about 9pm, it was constant snacking on nuts and chocolates throughout this time, xmas dinner was: water melon starter, turkey, sausage n' bacon, LOADS of roast/mash/steamed veg, then my favourite part (dessert) cake w/ cream and ice cream all spread out over the whole evening, it was mad i felt pretty bad at the end of it all, then i snacked on little meals at 10, 12 and 2am before going to bed late

dropped a good 1200mg of ALA in me to help matters a little, but i think the damage was done

ain't sayin i regret it though, felt great to eat like that again!

I just ate when my body told me to eat....we ate Xmas dinner around 6PM...I believe I had a small snack and some green tea around 10PM. I felt too full to have anything else.
