I recently had shoulder surgery so I will not be lifting for several weeks. I have pretty low body fat right now and would like to keep it that way. I dont mind going up a few percent body fat but within reason. I have a rather fast metabolism so I am some what a hard gainer. What kinds of foods should I concentrate on to pack on some extra weight that will be beneficial when I start lifting again. I cant wait! I am so mad that I have to take this time off. Hopefully I can come back and reach a higher levels than I was currently at. <---- thats probably what I will look like when I come back from this period of time off.
