I suggest that you put in more EFAs. Take flax oil or fish oil with another one or two of your meals. As well, you should look into safflower oil, olive oil, nuts, or some other type of healthy fat.

As well, I think putting in more complex carbohydrates would be a good idea. Replace maybe one of those servings of fruit with a serving of complex carbohydrates? I figure it might help keep you energized, but low carb diets will almost always leave you feeling a little tired at first.

Also, look into something besides whey before sleep. A protein better suited for maintaining a prolonged anabolic state would make more sense. Cottage cheese is always my first suggestion here.

Finally, you may want to start with slightly higher calories and reduce only if necessary. Say, 2400 calories or so?

2100 calories is too skimpy, bro, imo..

Are you sure about the last meals calories. If the oatmeal is dry, 1 cup is 300 cals and a cup of cottage chesse is about 150+, right there is 450+ nevermind the flax oil

Dimebag you really want oats right before bed? For a sloppy bulk ok but not for a cut...no carbs right before bed to minimize fat storage. I'd say just a cup or so of cottage cheese and some fats will do fine.

Try some CC and peanut butter.
    1 Cup lowfat CC
    2 tbls natural peanut butter
    350 cals 19fats/36prot

Also why such a jump in cals? I would say go a little more gradaully....that may be a little to extreme and when it comes to preserving LBM you wouldn't want to risk that would ya?

Also what CowPimp said was pretty accurate as well...more efa's and some more complex carbs. Some fruit is fine but I'd say replace some of it with some beans, brown rice, oats, or whole grains.
