Read the sticky at the top of this section. There is a link to a shopping list somewhere in there. Also, feel free to peruse my journal. Most all of the meals are pretty much the same, but it will probably give you an idea or two that you can use.
Also, I would worry about the foods you eat first, and supplements later. Supplements can't make your results good if your base diet is poor, but they can make your results better if your base diet is on point.
