Gaining Weight
Ok, so i'm currently about 5' 11" 160lbs....I am now trying to gain weight and my goal is 180 lbs....i am trying to read up on good weight gaining foods and such as high calorie/fat/protein foods...
Does anyone have ANY good advise at all? Like any foods they know of that i can eat throughout the day? or shakes? snacks that are good to eat? BTW...i am currently taking a weight gainer suppliment...it is a powder called Weight Gainer 2200 from GNC...i'm only taking one scoop a day though ![]() |

Read the sticky at the top of this section. There is a link to a shopping list somewhere in there. Also, feel free to peruse my journal. Most all of the meals are pretty much the same, but it will probably give you an idea or two that you can use.
Also, I would worry about the foods you eat first, and supplements later. Supplements can't make your results good if your base diet is poor, but they can make your results better if your base diet is on point. |
