    Worried?

    Its probably me worrying too much and not eating enough...but the thing is i cant! My body doesnt feel like eating as much as it did a year or two? This is strange as ive always had a tongue for good food. I try to eat as many as 5 meals a day but i find myself hardly finishing off my food. Ive been bodybuilding for 3 years now and its such a shame for all that hard work and food for me to be loosing gains. Ive dropped about a stone and i notice it in the mirror. Whats happening to be, is this normal for my body to change so drastically. Im a natural ectomorph.

    Get some B12 vitamins. Get at least 1500mcg pills. Take one every morning and your appetite will be there. I got the 2000mcg ones just to be safe.

    I thought it was vitamin B1 which boosts your appetite? Anyway i will try what you recommended.
