Small hamburger pattie

Sometimes I'll eat a small hamburger pattie(no bun) and most calorie charts just say hamburger, so how many calories in a 4 oz. hamburger pattie(not extra lean). I have 319 written down somewhere can't remember where I got that info though.

go to fitday.com, type in ground beef, choose the cut, weight etc...VOILA!
