In the big fiber store. Around 50g is enough for me.

Whole grains, vegetables, flax seed, brewer's yeast, etc. I try to get all of my nutritional necessities from a variety of sources.

Whole or rolled grains, grain brans, legumes, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds...

How much do you need?? Personally, I think the '25 to 30g' crap that is spewed by most 'professionals' is highly inadequate. Fibre (both soluble and insoluble) has so many positive benefits on health and body composition. Traditionally our diets were VERY high in fibre/roughage and with the massive decreases in our fibre intake it is no surprise that we are suffering negative concequences... In my opinion 50-60g is much more appropriate.

I eat a big bowl of oatmeal in the morning and have a couple glasses of metamucil throughout the day. With a high protein diet and high volumes of food, in general, you need a lot more fiber than most.
