If I get an omelet from a restaurant, and they use either butter or oil to cook it ( I have no idea, but im sure they did) How much on avg would you say to add to my fats and calories? I already figured out the other stuff.

You would have to ask the person who made it. A lot of calories is a good guess.

If its a chain restuarant, you can probably find the nutritional facts online, most places cook entrees the same way.

Most places use butter and you can count on ALOT more fats b/c they don't use just white. They use the entire egg so its tuff. Depending on the place I'd say anywhere from 2-6 whole eggs plus about 2 tbls of butter.

The you probably just need to factor in butter and cheese if there was any in it.

Ask themn to cook it without the butter or oil. They can if you ask.

Usually they do the backstroke in butter.

Im afraid if im too picky, ie no butter or oil, they're just gonna use a ton of lard to spite me, or spit in it or something... just paranoid about that kinda stuff i guess.
