Do you take EFA?
First off I will tell you a little about myself. I weigh 150 pds, I am 5-11", I am a 16 year old male, I am a very intense soccer player.I would say that my goal would be a very slow bulk, being a soccer player I cant afford to really do atypical bulk i.e. no cardio.... I have spent time trying toi work on my diet and was wondering if some1 could critique it. Please let me know anything you would change.
Meal 1
2/3 cup of oats
1.5 scoops of whey
3 fish oil caps
Meal 2
4 oz chicken breast
1 cup sweet potatoes
Meal 3
Same as meal 2
Meal 4
Myoplex sport shake(pwo)
Meal 5
4 oz chicken breast
3/4 cup oats
Meal 6
1 cup 1% Cottage Cheese
2 tbs Natty Pb
Totals 2436 cals 49g F/271g C/ 227g P
I also try to eat as many fibrous veggies as I can throughout the day and drink as much water(sometime crystal lite)I will also time to time eat SF Jello

Damn, that is pretty good.I see you've done your research! My suggestions would be to increase your fish oil to 10 caps per day and increase the amounts that you are eating. The totals I see in your foods is probably not enough food for you. You have a great diet there, now just eat more, lik 6 oz. chicken, 1 cup of oats etc. Just increase your amounts.

i geuss I am sort of lucky and I have a study hall at 9 30 then i eat lunch like normal and my next meal is after school. Last year I had no study hall so what I did was drink a Meal replacement shake in the begginig of one of my periods. Yea ppl are like what are u drinking, but who gives a shit. One kid told me I should only eat protien right after working out. Shows how much they know.
I miss those days lol. My teachers accepted it after a while but I use to eat in school all the time. Full meals w/ fork and jug of water on the desk. Or I'd go to the bathroom and eat. You could also try just chuging a shake....I'd just leave it in my locker then ask to go to the bathroom. Walk to my locker chug it and go back to class.
