    Question Check! My! Diet! Please!!!

Alright im new on here and i need some help. I am 16 and am 6' and 145 lbs,so i basically eat with the family and dont cook my own meals nad dont have access to everything that everyone else does here so i need some help. I play football like i have said in some of my last posts nad i need 2 get bigger. Everyone says i need to eat more so thats what im planning ondoing. i think i have gotten started on my diet so here does add anything i need 2 eat more of if u can please i just need a little help. Also ill have some ?'s at the end.
Meal one morning 6:00 -( on monday and thrusday i plan on eating little at this meal cuz i have an intense morning running with the football team at 6:15 so a simple bowl of cereal will hold me over but i will compensate and have a protein shake after the workout at 7)
bowl of cereal and 2 cups milk
    banana or apple

MEAL 2- this is at 10:00 cuz its the next chance i get 2 eat at school during study hall
    peanut butter and jelly sandwich
    water
    banana or apple or orange
    crackers(need something 2 put here)
    Meal 3-
    a turkey sandwich or pbj
    water
    fruit
    need more things
    Meal 4-after school before workout
    1 can tuna
    turkey or pbj sandwich

    Meal 5- post workout
    protein shake
    1 can tuna
    banana or fruit

Meal 6 - dinner( probably getting a george foreman grille 2 cook some burgers or tilapia or something with protein or something 2 eat when family doesnt have anything worth eating and what i mean by worth eating is helping my diet out) drink 2 cups milk

meal 7 - give me something 2 put here probably at like 9:00 or 10:00

Finally i have a few questions and or comments.

    1) im planning on getting fish oil tabs or flax seed oil to add in

    2) i need more carbs but i need simple ones and i mean like simple ones i can get i cant be cooking pasta in school or nething but i need something to eat.

    3) i need MORE to eat i know but i need to know what more 2 eat

    4) i also am planning on taking creatine and maybe glutamine so compensate that in there 2

please just anyone that can refer me 2 better foods to eat or something i have never followed a strict diet and it will be hard for me considering im always on the go but i need 2 bulk up so anyone that can help me out here or there is greatly appreciated

also i have read alot of links so count all that out i dont need em i have probably read em in other ppls threads which i have searched about and read throughly.

KEEP IN MIND IM IN HIGH SCHOOL AND HAVE CLASSES TO GET 2 SO I DONT HAVE MUCH TIME 2 BE EATING REALLY AND ITS NOT CONVENIENT FOR ME 2 EAT IN SCHOOL EXCEPT AT 10 DURING MY STUDY HALL AND AT LUNCH AT SCHOOL

So i need some verbatum advice and need ppl 2 tell me what 2 eat more of or less of which is probably not the case

Last thing im planning on drinking a gallon of water a day as well.
keep in mind i dont eat this little all the time but i want 2 go on a bulking diet and i cant by the way i eat now so i need 2 change and eat more and better stuff . Dont think i eat horribly cuz i dont i actually eat pretty healthy but just dont eat enough and what i need to bulk up

    THANKS ALOT IN ADVANCE
    I NEED HELP!!!!!!

First off read the stickies...they will show you all the foods you need to eat and check out some of the sample diets. Next figure out how many calories you want them break it all up into meals.

Don't use the excuse I can't eat in school or I'm a highschool student...honestly no one takes pity. I did it for 2 years and never had a problem. Leave class and chug a shake or eat something real fast in the hall. I use to go to the bathroom and eat or do it in he back of class.

Prep all your meals the night before and pack them up. Once you get up you don't need to worry about anything b/c its all ready.

So go read the stickies and make a new meal plan up that consists of some real foods and decent options...crackers, pb&j's, and froot loops don't count. You need quality protein, complex/simple(not easy) carbs, and efa's.
