    What needs to be Done

    you can take a look at my picture in my gallery. I'm sick of myself. I just keep getting fatter and fatter. What should i do? Should i just start cutting hardcore or try to gain muscle first?

    Tough question . Its very hard to do ( muscle and fat loss at same time )
    Which is more important to you right now ? That is what you should focus on .

    I'd say cut. Read up on diets. Drink lots of water. Do cardio. Run ECA.

    Check out those ideas for a start.

    then you need to reevaluate your diet; post your daily diet, meal by meal, in the diet/nutrition forum.

    I agree with Du510 also. It's obvious your not happy with you size, so take care of that and then decide where you want to go.

    Agreed....if your not happy then you wont be motivated. Do what you feel you want...if you want to be cut up then do so. You can always bulk again after that.

    weekday:
    wakeup at 6, eat peanut butter cereal with whole milk.
    eat a slice of pizza at 12(lunch at school)
    workout after school (3-4pm)
    come home and take 1.5 scoops whey with one teaspoon creatine and water.(4:30)
    one plate of white rice with curry(chicken usually)(5pm)
    (PBJ samich with 100% whole wheat) (8pm)

    Yeah, I would say your diet needs some work.

    The first thing is you need to read. Check out some of the diets in that sticky called Guide to Cutting. Then find one that looks like you can stick to or create your own based off of other ideas and or ration. Then make another diet post with your new revised diet for critique

    You have no protein, veggies, EFA's, or healthy carbs. I can't even critique this one

    rock is right. As much as you'd probably hate to read that, it's 100% correct. You need to find the motivation to achieve your goals. I was in your place about a year ago, but I figured out real quick that you have to do something about it. You can't just be unhappy with yourself all the time and expect it to go away. You have to fix up your diet, workout properly, and motivate yourself to look and feel the way to want to. The best thing for you to do right now is to research and read these forums and other bodybuilding sites about dieting and whatnot. And if possible, read and take into consideration EVERYTHING posted by Jodi, gopro, Robert DiMaggio, and many others that know what they're talking about. Those 3 people along with many others on this board have changed the way I looked at the aspect of training and nutrition. I'm currently 16, and I feel great about myself. I have ways to go to look the way I want, but I'm doing something about it. I was just a fat kid about a year ago. (A good athlete, but still a fat kid lol) I lost a total of 35 pounds (225 down to 190) over the summer and then gained about 11 pounds of muscle/mass during football season. Nows your time to change yourself. Do what YOU have to do in order to achieve your goals. You CAN do it, you just have to want it. Good Luck.

    Alright man i can relate to you as i actually kinda started like you.Yes i know you don't care about those stupid sticky's and no matter how much these guys tell you that your not gonna listen and next month your gonna post your fat stomach agian and ask the same question once agian so let me tell you what to do.

    This is my motivation and what got me going(excuse me if it's harsh):
    So fat ass you wanna lose weight eh? You wanna look like old luke there eh?
    nice flat stomach? Nice hard abs? well guess what fatass....It doesn't come without hard work so let's get you started.Firstly you run to the hottest chick you can find let's call her lola.Ok so you run to lola and ask her out.But Guess what?....your to fat for her and she tells you exactly how ugly and gross your are so off you go broken hart and all that crap and you cry.Now what can be done well fatass let's get you on a diet seeing as how you soooooo stupid and can't read i'll give you mine :

    Your start off in the morning early None off that fat ass lazy shit now:

    you go and you run that fat ass away and don't stop till your spit tastes like acid and don't worry about all that losing muscle shit no sir that's not muscle that's pure burger king. When you done.....
    Breakfast:6.00 Am
    1.You eat OATS with no brown sugar no milk no artificial sweetner nothing pure oats and remeber if it doesn't taste like shit it's not working.
    2.You eat a green apple (Yes fatty this is the best part of your day)

    Ok fatty off to whatever it is you do during you day and remeber no choclate think of lola and how fat you are.

    2nd breakfast 9.00 Am:
    Get yourself a protein shake and drink it with water (remember if it doesn't taste like shit it's not working.)

    ok fatty back to your life till lunch....

    Lunch 12.00 pm :Guess what man it's lunch time Yippie!...oooh but oops! no pizza for you no sir you too fat (it's true lola said so)
    so you eat :
    -1/2 potato microwaved or raw either way it has to taste bad. (put it in a plastic bag and cook it on max for 5 mins Honestly do i have to tell you everything?)
    -1 cup of cooked broccoli (made in nothing ...NO no teaspoon of salt nope just like that and eat it half raw and let the broccoli juice drip it has to taste real bad then it's working)
    -1 large skinless chicken breast or fish(no salt remember)
    that's lunch!(thank GOD!)
    feeling sick man? yup it's working! remember no choclate not even that healthy crap.

    Afternoon tea 3.00pm: drink another one of those bad tasting protein shake's
    remeber water not milk it's not the same(if you read the stickies you'd know)

    Ok so 3-4 you train ? ok man rember to get yourself a good workout routine and rember move your fat ass when you done your sweat has to drip on the floor and no don't lick it up it's salty and WE DON'T LIKE SALT!!!!!!!!!!

    Dinner 6.00 pm:
    repeat your lunch meal no butt's fatty do it this is your abs we talkin bout and lola.

    Ok man that's it and rember to get your fat ass in bed by 9.00pm no late night movie for you ,you have to get up at 4/5 am and run your fat ass.

    And then when you finally look like luke or who ever you go to burger king get yourself a burger and eat it....notice anyhing?YEp it taste good but you'd rather have your broccoli?Yup the sweet feeling of guilt is upon you my friend and yes it doesn't taste as good as lola does it?
    Drink alot of water nope none of that that diet soda crap nope you drink Duckade(water)
    and when you get a craving for chocalte's you drink some more duckade
    ok man that's it......
    Sorry if i sound like an asshole, and yes you probably wanna kick my ass by now. But this is what kept me going and i have done some amazing stuff man.
    But you have to want this so bad you can taste it,it's like when you get to 19%bf you abs are rock hard you can feel them but you can't see them and you so close to them but yet so far trust me i've been threw this and this is what i have compiled out of my own and done out of my own.

    Hope this helps and i wanna see those abs in the next pic you post k man?

    And to everyone else i'm sorry if something is wrong in my diet or so plz make suggestions whatever but my point in this whole disgusting post is motivation
    and to help this guy as i know what he is going threw.

    Also...I see your using creatine...you know man i think your expecting a bit much from it.You know creatine can't perform wonders if you don't use it correctly so think about it.

    Most noobs(if i may call them that?) to bodybuilding expect creatine to work for them and give them muscles without much fuss and when it doesn't work they move on to steroids and such (not that i'm bashing steroid users and such I just think the rewards of looking half of that what a steroids user does without any steroids is better) and even with steroids you still need to work your ass off to get those muscles.

    Just a thought.

    He is right. Creatine is only going to help you once you have the basics down. By Basics I mean a clean diet, a good routine, plently of rest, and most importantly motivation.

    BTW Creatine is going to make you look bigger(clearly not what you want) because it holds water back in your muscles causeing you to look wider.

    he's probably just confused with what he wants. people who are confused about what they want constantly complain about themselves. then they realize there is only so much time in the day, and they start doing things they really want do to... that simple. or that never happens.... quite a shame.
    its all about trying something out even though you dont know it will work perfectly... about taking that first step. after the habits are formed, it only gets easier. and trying again after you fail of course... thats one of the hardest things.

    all of this is easier said than done. and the hardest part is motivating yourself to start in the first place, which is why he keeps posting here saying "please help me."

    All these guys have said it all...and I think it did the trick b/c he's not posting here anymore. I guess you guys all struck a nerve finally.

    Ya know I was once in your shoes bud....just much fatter. I changed b/c I was about to die but that doesn't mean I didn't go through hell from people about how I looked. It took me my 4 years of highschool to really look decent. If you look in my gallery the before pic is my freshamn year and the after pic is my senior year. Do whats I did and just start at it....no damn excuses just fuckin start already. No one feels pity for you b/c your lazy...and especially if so many people have helped you already thats like a slap inthe face to them. If your looking for moral support and a shoulder to cry on your going about it the wrong way. This is the boy who cried wolf...b/c when you really need help no one will do it b/c they know your full of shit.

    So now go prove everyone wrong and be a cut ass mofo!!!

    Don't try to jump in all at once. Do this gradually.

    Start by eating healthier food. For breakfast, have some oatmeal, a veggie omlette, and a banana. For dinner, have some chicken breast, brown rice, nuts, and salad. Work your way up to macros and calories.

    Next, reduce your portion sizes. Are you eating a tub of oatmeal, or a cup of oatmeal? I would try the latter. Are you eating a bucket of nuts, or a handful of nuts? I would try the latter.

    Etc.

    what is so hard about forming your own diet plan when we give you an approved shopping list to begin with? like jodi said, how can she critique pizza and cereal? getting your diet in order is job 1 but he hasnt even taken the initiative to do that.

    I believe they have mad it as easy as its going to get. They have figured his macros out and made his meal plan already. They have told him what to do exactly how it needs to be done. He has an abundance of information and people willing to help. It doesn't get any easier if ya ask me....all he needs to do is put his wants into actions.
