    implementing healthy frozen cuisines in diet???

    Hello,

    I am curious, to save time, I am wondering if implementing frozen dinners that are low in fats, calories etc.... are o.k. while trying to lose fat? As an example, in my grocery store, they sell a brand called Michelina's, I usually like to get the Chicken Lo Mein which has only 2.5 grams of fat, 230 calories, 35 carbs, and 13g protein. Now, if we have a certain macronutrient %, then we can add vegetables, EFA's etc... to make the meal the right % of nutrients and proteins etc...

    So does this sound o.k.? I am trying to figure out other alternatives because eating chicken breasts and brown rice every day can get extremely dull to the point of hating to eat it and it doesn't even taste very good anymore.

    My theory is we can eat it if we stay within our caloric and macronutrient ratios, and it's healthy.

    Any comments and suggestion welcome. Thank you.

    Frozen dinners are filled with sodium.

    There are lots of alternatives to chicken and brown rice....white fish, shrimp, buffalo, ostrich, venison, lean beef, turkey, ham, elk, crab, salmon, etc.

    I eat quite a bit of the purdue frozen chicken breast. There excellent.
