    Diet, Creatine and splits

Hey everyone, I am not new to lifting but I am now starting to eat strictly. I have a few questions however. Right now I am going to cut for 3 weeks, then bulk for 3 more, while doing Gopro's workout. My first question is, should I disperse my carbs, proteins and fats evenly through six meals, or should there be some emals where my carbs are low, and others when they are higher??? Could someone please just let me know if I should load up on carbs at certain times and stay away at others, like before bed.

Next question is about creatine. When should I take it and how much should I take??? Can I mix it with Protein for a shake or should I do them separately???

My last question would be regarding flax oil pills. I got some and each one is 1 gram of fat, how many of these should I be taking each day???

Thanks for all the help in advance and I'm sure I'll have more questions.

Guide to Cutting, Bulking & Maintenance

Start here You can post a seperate question regarding the creatine in supps. It will be better answered there. As far as the flax oil, well, Fish oil is way better and how much you take depends on your stats and choice of diet.
