By regular basis, do you mean 1 per day?

I don't mean to be critical, but I find that stuff nasty.

For me it's water, milk or juice. And just a cup of sprite after dinner.

why would diet soda be bad if you drank too much? its a blessing for myself, cuz i love wild cherry pepsi, but i have to drink it in diet.. which tides me over. as long as you drink enough water i would think it would be okay. correct me if i am wrong because this is one of my only treats!

No more than 3 per day. Just be sure you drink your water too.

Well it's intresting coz actually for a while diet sodas where the only thing that kept me going but you know

wise man say:too much of good things may turn out to be bad

and after a while water actually becomes your soda (i know your saying bull as i said the same) you just need to let your body adjust to water same as a diabetic they also adjust their body's like that.Plus water brakes fat down so it's added bonus .But 2-3 sodas couldn't hurt i suppose i've just learnt to live without it.

caffeine is what's "bad". aspartame too. they are not particularly good for you.

i wouldn't say they're that bad, but there are better things you could be drinking.

only thing i see wrong with them is all of the acid in them. Have you ever soaked a penny is a soda? That makes me not want to drink them anymore and I used to drink 1 or 2 regs. a day and would drink 3 or 4 diets a day when I went on a diet. I dont touch em now not after what I've learned.

if you say that the caffeine is bad, then im good, because there is no aspartame and no caffeine in the soda I drink.... no sodium either, its pretty much sweetened sparkling water.
