i don't think thats a stupid post. he wants to know what people like as their favorite meal. maybe it would be better served ( yeah a pun and i mean it) in the diet area but there is no need to flame.

The usual suspects, chicken breasts and baked potato, some vegetables and fruit for desert.

For a snack, protein shake with banana and peanut butter mixed in.

Steak off the grill is the greatest!!A good salad finishes it off better than a potato.Rice and mixed veggies works well too, just make to get the protein down first if you're eating late in the day.

    pancakes and phosphoric acid

My favorate BB food is whatever my wife makes. I just love to eat.

gopro would you please post the caloric breakdown of the pancakes? They sound great. Thank you.

Just a comment about GodLifts tuna and diet coke.....meal. I strongly suggest serious bodybuilders stay away from cola type drinks. All colas contain phosphoric acid. Phosphoric acid is known for it's potential to cause birth defects in infants. Phosphoric acid inhibits cellular growth. Not good for bodybuilders who are still trying to pack on some muscle. If you ever find yourself in the pediatrics critical care unit, just mention phosphoric acid and you will get an ear full.

    take care

So, what you're saying OF, is that if someone has been trying to gain muscle like forever, the insane amount of diet coke they drink on a daily basis for the past 14 years might have something to do w/ it?

Gee, wonder if mmafiter will see this!

    Pancakes...50 grams protein, 54 grams complex carbs, 3 grams fat for full serving...some people prefer a half serving...25 g protein, 27 g carbs, 1.5 g fat.

OH MY GOD!!! Tuna & coke, how sick are you ?
This concoction really does prove that some people will eat "anything" if they think it will help.

I tried this yesterday without tomatoes or cheese but it was rolled up in a tortilla with salsa, it was descent with the tortilla but with just tuna and eggs cooked together is gross.

Eggs & tuna cooked together looks like an organ or something nasty from inside the body.
