    Meal Spacing

    Happy New Year Everyone!!!

I have a question regarding the space between each meal.

For awhile I have been eating according to this schedule:

    7:30AM - Wake up
    9:00AM - 1st Meal
    11:00AM - 2nd Meal
    12:30AM/1:00PM - 3rd Meal
    4:00PM - 4th Meal
    6:00PM - Work out
    7:00PM 5th Meal
    10:00PM - 6th Meal

Please let me know if this is ok or should I change it..

    Thanks,

    BoOj

Looks pretty good - The only thing I would suggest is that you might want to consider eating a little earlier than 9am. If you wake up at 7.30am then why are you waiting so long to eat?

Also, make sure you are getting a bit of fats in that pre-workout meal as it is 2 hrs before you workout. Ideally you want mostly carbs and proteins ~1hr prior to working out, but if you add some fats to the meal to slow digestion slightly, then you should be fine.
