Weight Gain Possibilities
Hey I am a 160 lb 16 y/o football player who is involved with gaining lots oflean mass. I can gain weight, but it is a little difficult at times. Currently I am getting about 3500-4000 calories (decent calories) and like 160 grams protein. If I upped my food intake how many pounds do you think I could add on with an intense lifting schedule like I am on by August? Without damaging my 40 time. Any help is appreciated, so far at this forums it seems people are really cool about stuff so thanx in advance. Later
