I would suggest breaking down the Macros
Looks ok mabye some more Veggies
im 19 years old, and i weigh about 135 with about 14% body fat. I am taking creatine, i just ended the loading phase yesterday. I want to add as much muscle as i possibly can and while doing that add as little bodyfat as possible. right now this is an outline of what my diet looks like:
breakfast: 7:30 am
3/4 cup oatmeal (dry)
2 slices whole wheat bread with pb or a yogurt w/flaxseed
protien shake
Snack: 10:30-11:00am
4-6 hard boiled eggs w/ small amount salt- only eat 1 or 2 yolks
can of tuna
apple or bannana
lunch: 1:00-2:00pm
2 pb&j sandwiches on whole wheat with sugar free jelly
3-6 hard boiled eggs w/ some salt
chicken breast
protien shake
snack: 5:00-6:00pm
2-5 hard boiled eggs
can of tuna or apple or bannana
yogurt w/flaxseed
Dinner: 7:00pm-8:00pm
2 chicken breast
1/2 c.veggies
large glass fat free milk
snack: before bed-10:30-11:30 pm
1/2 c. cottage cheese
shake


Your food choices are impeccable for teenager. Good Job
