Diet Menu Help

Hello,

I have attached in a word document my diet menu. I am on a 40/30/30 plan and my fat loss calories are around 1850. I am not bulking or anything like that, just trying to lose fat right now. If you see anything that needs adjusting or that I should change, Please let me know. Thank you!

Post your stats as well , those things help espically since your protein seems a little bit low..
Well from what I can tell at least it looks all right .. just get rid of the bagel , toast and butter , and myoplex thingy (myoplex stuff is basically all sugar right?) the bagel and toast aren't exactly low GI and the butter isn't the healthy source of fat you can get. Also make sure that oatmeal is Rolled oats unless its around your workouts in which case the "minute oats" (not the instant type ) will be absorbed quicker..
You might also want to look into getting some Low Carb skim milk or Low Carb Soy milk instead of the original stuff.
Also not sure what safflower oil is ..what types of fats are in it? I heard it mentioned before , whether it being praised or bashed I forget , I do know however that Olive Oil is good.
Also I would switch around the 7:00 meal with the 9:30 meal , as you got CC and almonds to help slow digestion even more so ..Also make sure your last meal is 30 minutes, an hour at most before bed.
Also which of these meals are pre and post workout?
