    Question Best Fat Loss Supplements

My name's Nigel and I am 16, 6'2'', and 300lbs. I want to get into shape for the football season coming up and to just get healthy because I am in danger of getting diabetes; I have a history of it on both side of my family. I want to get stronger to I bought some creatine, protein, and glutamine. When it arrived, my mom told me that I couldn't use any of it til I lose the 30lbs that my doctor said I needed to loose in order to be safe from diabetes. So, I started eating 2 meals a day which basically consist of meat and veggies. I am also hitting the gym 4 days a week and jogging the other 3 days. I lost 10lbs so far but I want to lose 20lbs more a.s.a.p so that I can start focusing on my strength training for the next 8 months. I have been browsing this forum and have seen that Hoodia and ECA Stack have been getting a bit of buzz and just wanted to know you guy's opinion on the bestest and fastest one to go with coupled with my diet and exercise? Thanks!!!

Focus on a well balanced diet, eating 6 times per day of healthy food. Can you post your diet?

This is basically what I eat everyday. It sometimes varies but it's still pretty much meat and veggies.

    morning:
    four eggs
    2 pieces of bacon
    2 sausage links
    unbuttered toast (maybe)
    protein shake

    evening:
usually just broiled steak with tons of veggies thrown in like mushrooms, onions, bell peppers
    garden salad with vinegar
    4 quarts of water

OMG... your metabolism is gonna be crawling if you are only eating twice per day, you may think you are doing yourself a favour but you are doing the exact opposite. You need to be eating small frequent meals. Wow and I don't even know where to start with 'what' you are eating! I could offer tons of advice and pointers and I am sure you will get a ton on here but I really think you should be seeking out a nutritionists help to get you set up on a healthy eating plan. Good luck.

So you eat twice a day. One meal full of saturated fat (hold the butter) and your second feast actually includes water? I've never seen anyone post a worse diet that wasn't obviously joking or lying. I actually beleive you, though. Spend your time learning how to eat right, not trying to find the magic pill.

i eat like this cuz i'm short on time and money. Not really home much so I used to just eat fast food all day plus hell, i lost 10lbs in one month when I started so I just thought I would keep doing it til I hit 30lbs. Oh yeah, and I drink water all day. I just make it a priority to drink 4 quarts at night. I took the Atkins diet and sprinkled some Nigel all over it.

Tons of water. Chug water before you eat. Graze all day. Thats a good start.

Check out waht to eat here in the diet forums, try out someone elses diet. Enrolling in a wholesale store like BJs or Costco will save money.

Dont try supps till diet is in check.

i know how that is so i dont blame you, its also hard to eat meals at the right time for me also because if i get caught eating in class i have to go to saturday school, and if i go to the bathroom to eat the teachers say "what do you have to go the restroom at the same time everyday!" and it really pisses me off.

you also need to change the actuall foods that you are eating man.

unless your like a power lifter or sumthin

yes definatley get your diet. I just lost 40 pounds over a period of 10 months, with 30 of it lost during the first 3 months. All I did was eat in moderation and drink 1.5 gallons a day of water (Absolutly no sodas!).

After that work out with repetition and I would recomend L-Carnitine, Its helped me.
