Take a look at my Diet, Can't seem to lower my BF

Hey all, Wondering if you can take a look at my cutting diet, see what you all think.

Yeh i know its alot of Tuna and same foods but pretty tight on money, so has to be, I have been having bit of trouble lowering my BF, just doesnt seem to come off very easy at all.

I was doing Cardio 3-4 times a week, but not on this diet, i have slightly higher calorie diet when i was doing Cardio, but i havent done any on this one, since i feel like complete crap and weight lifting days i had no energy to lift.

Im 170lbs 5.8 tall and about 15% bodyfat
I Carb up every 2-3 days.
I put all little calorie protein details so you can see how much is where etc.

I have Attached .txt file of my diet, since read alot better in there.
