    What's your diet?

    I AM IN DESPERATE NEED OF A GOOD DIET THAT I CAN DO CONSIDERING THE FACT THAT I AM IN SCHOOL FOR AROUND EIGHT OR NINE HOURS DAILY. I wanna lose 20 more pounds so that I can concentrate on muscle building. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    I suggest you read the 'guide to cutting/bulking/maintenance' at the top of this forum. Then use a site like www.fitday.com to figure out your meals.

    You need to post a diet, and we will help critique it. Not many will spend the time to make on for you.

    A little info about yourself, would help too.. height/weight/sex etc

    Greate suggestions! They worked great for me, STICKIES are here for a reason!! And I had no idea about the fitday site until a few days ago, I spent a few hrs on there, valuable site!!
