1st off remember everybody's body is different read this stickie (Guide to Cutting, Bulking & Maintenance)
it will help. Then you can have an idea, you have to find what works for you there are plenty of "guide lines" on here but how your body will respond is unknown until you try. As far as nutrition there is plenty of diets on here and recipies for different meals that will get you to your goal and help you put together a good diet. Most on here will help you cratique a diet you have and make suggestions but wont make one for you. I also found this site to be helpfull in putting together a diet as well. Click here Then ofcourse step up your cardio game, but 1st get your diet in check and do some reading on here; all the tools are here.

you're allready off to a bad start though liking the Vikings!!

Hehehe just kidding man!

Forget waiting on GNC to do somthing worth while, run a supplement search and you'll find there is a lot of good sites out there with BETTER prices than GNC here's a couple I use on a monthly basis:
1.
2.
Both have great ship time, I usually have whatever I order in 7 calendar days or less. Shakes will help you out when you want to bulk back up again however I'm not sure that its recommended to keep pounding the protein when you're trying to cut, I'm actually a little foggy on that one too. And yes start cardio right away like yesterday, truth be told that if you do have a good diet nailed down you shouldn't have to do cardio but sometimes that can be difficult I always (even though I hate it) keep cardio in my fitness plan. Now you asked about going to the gym, I got to ask you now have you gone to the gym at all before or is the gym totally new to you as well? I mean are you starting from never working out before or just a long "layoff" persay?

well i think he should do protein, he is wanting muscle mass, although if he wants muscle, his goal of losing 30-35 pounds would seem a bit impossible, unless he is doing 2/3 of that on cardio... but hey im no expert.

Wouldn't be impossible at all I managed to lose 66 pounds in 3 months of bootcamp...Ofcourse a big part of marine corps bootcamp is CARDIO lots and lots, and the fact that I wasn't able to eat McDonalds every day helped a bit too I'm sure.
However thats why it seems he wants to cut the fat persay then put on LBM, trying to do both at one time then yes I would agree with you some say its possible but you have to have EVERYTHING in your fitness regimen on point my opinion is just do one or the other, cut then bulk in this case.

I dont seee how it is impossible because may is 4 months away prob not exactly lik 35 but id be pleased with 25 and some muscle gain....But I have to start as soon as I can Idk if its worth it but I might just start joggin early at lik 330 4 in the mornin no cars on the streets and quite and run like 2 miles everyday...Main reason why because when there is cars theres no where to go cause I live in Mass. and its all snowy and you cant even run on the sidewalks or nethin cause the plows only thing thats clear is the road...Is that just a wasit or is it worth it?

no running is good cardio, I hear ya bout the snow I'm up in northern WI its a pain but then throwing on a pair of boots and truckin through a snowy park is a hell of a work out too.
Not a waist of time at all giver hell.

Not to talk to much sports in here but I'll admit we got schooled today tuff to win 3 in a season. And allthough I am a huge farve backer I actually thought it was time for him to call it good a couple years ago he's still decent and managed to still break some records this yr (some how) but yeah he's not the farve of old. Just for central div. braggin I hope the vikes can pull it out next week but its gonna be tough...

You know what's funny, is that i live in South Miss., about 30 mins from where Farve is from(I've been to his restaurant) by the way and you would think a lot of people like him, but most of the people actually hate him.
