    Bulk or cut

I'm not sure wether if I should bulk or cut, my intentions are the same as most BBers minimize fat and gain more muscle. Now most of my bodyparts are pretty skinny the only place with visual fat is pretty much my stomache. I just put some pictures in my gallery incase that helps. I'm thinking I should bulk but just thought i'd make sure it was the right thing to do. I have no idea what my BF % is but my weight is 146.

Bulk, Bulk, Bulk, If you just started you should naturally lose weight by working out and eating better.

Worry about cutting when you 16, even then just by what kind of food your eating, for right now eat everything everywhere, always.

Are you 14? I didnīt even know that Prince allowed someone that age to join the board. Watch out for a member called Crono he is not a good influence.

The only cut you need is your hair, damn do you get girls like that
by the way do a search on what food are best to eat during a bulk, we dont want you to go out and eat a bag of marshmellos cause you think you have to. Eat alot of protein and often.

There are alot of student on here with alot of good ways on getting the nutrients you need during school.
My favorite was a boiled chicken breast in the back pack, and a packet of ranch dressing, mayo or catsup
I dont mind room temp chicken breast, I kinda enjoy it

I would concentrate on learning about proper nutrition and how to eat like an athlete first. if you are a competitive athlete then I would eat to maximize your performance for that. once you get the nutrition aspect of this sport nailed, gaining and losing is fairly easy...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
