    Angry questions about sleeping

my name is jeremy and im 23 years old. i am currently about 40 pounds overweight and dieting. i have lost 20 pounds in the past month using the 2-way brand ephedrine. i do not eat very much and work a full time factory job thats fairly fast paced. i now haft to take 5-8 of the 25mg pills per day to even feel it and make it last all of the work day. then, on occasion, im very tired but when i lay down in the bed suddenly cant sleep. its a stange feeling being tired and sleepy but cant dose off. my question is it safe to take a sleeping aid at bedtime then the ephedrine when i wake up, or is it dangerous? any replys are very much appreciated. thanks.

you need to get off the ephedrine or you could develope a serious heath issue...

why do you not eat very much ? are you trying to burn all of the muscle off your body ?
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

if u need to pop that many pills of ephedrine, then you need a break from it for a while.

U need to eat tons of "good" food to rev up that metabolism of yours and turn the natural fat burning capacities on! then u have to remember that u will stop feeling the energy boost associated with Ephedrine after a while, I dont mean its no longer working and it certainly dont mean you should be popping more!!!
If you wanna keep taking it, take your last dose with an early afternoon solid meal and dont take anymore later on, this may aid in sleeping. Try this before u shove more chemicals into ur body.

The moment I start to feel I need ephedrine to get up and make it through a day, that's when I know it's time for a few weeks off.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

I know what you mean. When I get off schedule, it is hard to get back on, and I feel tired, but I can't sleep. You basically have to force yourself to stay awake longer, and maybe take a tylenol PM and read. I have found this helps me get very deep sleep when I prolounge it for about an hour.

8 x 25mg eph. pills in a day!!! WTF! that is 4 x the amount i was using when i was cutting! and i felt 50mg/ed was plenty, but 200mg/ed is stupid man! very stupid!

who the hell told you to take 8? don't you know that eph. is banned for a reason? it can be dangerous man especially at doseages like that, lord help you when you come off that shit, you gonna be on one hell of a LOW! man i was on a low after 50mg/ed for just a month

isn't it obvious why your struggling to sleep? don't you know that eph. can cause innsomnia? either your taking a product you know jack shit about or your just putting your desperation to lose fat above your health which is a very bad move unless you want to end up with a heart attack in the near future

ephedrine abuse and starving yourself is NOT the way to a decent physique, its the way to an early death bed, i'd get off the eph and see your doc.

    peace

wow...i just saw that... You're gonna really do harm to yourself taking those kind of dosages. You also need to cycle that stuff. I would get off it. 20 pounds is nothing...lose it the old fashioned way man..a little hard work! What you're doing is nothing short of dangerous!
