    Question Kiwi

I heard on "@discovery.ca" (The Discovery Channel -Canada) that Kiwis could very well be the best fruit for people nutritionally.

Apparently, this is because it's loaded with a high concentration of antioxidants and vitamins. Anyone have an inside scoop or a link to support or deny this claim?

I love Kiwis, and I would like to know either way.

Those who trumpet their sufferings are most deserving of misery.
