hey!.. got some questions..

    hey!.. got some questions..

    hey this is like my second time over here.. im usualy over in the training section of the forum but i have like 3 questions.. im not sure if they have already been addressed, but..
    1.) ive noticed some sugar free products with things called sugar alcohols, what are they, are they bad for you.??
    2.) im 18 and not really a coffee drinker, but.. is defac coffee bad for you calorie wise, coffee cans never have nutrition labels on them.
    3.) a buddy of mine told me that after a work out (lifting) you should eat carbs first instead of protiens. his logic was that since your body is tired and such it needs energy, so you should eat carbs first to sustain your bodies energy and then eat protien so that your body has sufficient energy to distribute the protiens throughout the body. instead of eating protien right after a work out because your body will just use the protien as an energy source and not as a source to build muscle..is that whack or no?!? i understand the concept and could agree with it.. but im not sure.

    1) no
    2) decaf contains very little calories
    3) i agree with your buddy i always drink a mix of simple carbs and creatine within 4-5 mins of finishing my workout and then have whey 10mins later
