    Hey dude.

Natural Peanut Butter is exactly that... natural. It has the *natural* peanut oils in it, instead of hydrogentated oil replacements.

The PB companies remove the natural peanut oil, to sell seperately, and then replace that oil with hydrogenated crapola. The result? FATNESS.

Smucker's makes some really good natural PB. Just make sure to stir it up, and throw it in the refrigerator after you open it.

As far as the oatmeal goes, I'd stay away from the sugared up ones. Get plain oatmeal, and just add banana chunks or something for flavor. Maybe add a *touch* of cinnamon & brown sugar for flavor, but don't use white sugar.

Read the ingredients and make sure it says 'just peanuts' or simply 'peanuts' and nothing else.

    For sugar problem, use stevia.

i had to when i was way infected with intestinal parasites.

its made from a plant, 0 carbs, 0 sugars. all natural though

and about 2,200 times sweeter than sugar, so one can of it will last about a year

i think it tastes great. if you want sugar and bad fats, go buy jif. if you want a good source of the good fats, buy the natural.
