    Beginner to BodyBuilding

Hello all, I am a University student on a meal plan and I have no clue about the diet and foods needed to bulk up while not gaining too much body fat, I have been reading around but getting quite confused. Can anyone give me some advice.
Also I currently jog each morning for 30minutes to keep the BF % down, will this affect my attempts at bulking??
