I can't stop eating at midnight

Here I go again. Yesterday I had my 5th meal once again at midnight. I ate a can of salmon, a bagel, and that still was not enough, I had to finish it off with at protein bar at 1:15 in the morning to stop the hunger pangs. I keep reading about how most of your bigger meals should be consumed during the day, but my body always gets hungry at midnight. Granted I excersise from about 9:15 till 10:00 most every night so maybe that is influencing it but I certainly hope that eating at midnight does not deter my weight loss efforts. I see the dietician next week.

If you exercise that late you should be consuming a post WO shake after training at 10 pm then have another meal of protein and fats before you go to sleep...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

Right, I hope you are taking in a postworkout shake and having a solid dinner before bed..

And if you are hungry that late at night, take in some fat free cottage cheese...slow digesting protein during your sleep will fight catabolism
