BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Two questions: I'm taking whey protein prior to my routine, should you mix it with skim milk or water prior? Also I'm taking N-Large 2 wt gainer to supplement the calories I'm not getting with food. Should you take this shortly after your routine or should it be the whey protein?

I use milk in all my shakes aside from PWO.
Def' take the nlarge PWO. Next time just grab some straight up whey and make it yourself with added dextrose |
