Here is my shopping list for tomorrow, I was just wondering wether there are and good ideas for me to add to the list for my bulking diet, anything with a lot of healthy calories and not too much fat would be great..i got this so far:

Oats
Eggs
Chicken Breast
Tuna
Smoked Salmon
Desert Cream
Chips (ie Potatoes)
Peanut Butter
Bread
Noodles
Tomatoes
Mixed Frozen vegetables
Apples

Any replies would be great

Olive Oil
Oats (make sure they are old-fashioned)
Eggs
Chicken Breast
Tuna
Smoked Salmon
Desert Cream
Chips (ie Potatoes) (i hope you dont mean fried potato chips)
Peanut Butter ( make sure its natural p.b.)
Bread (sprouted or whole grain)
Noodles (whole wheat if you must)
Tomatoes
Mixed Frozen vegetables (make sure its mostly greens as corn is more of a carb source, unless you prefer that)
Apples

You could also add, Black beans, brown rice, cottage cheese, skim milk and hopefully some splenda and cinn. for the oats ( just my fav. way to have em)

Hmmm... Chips?? Desert cream??
And what type of bread and noodles are those?

Things you can think about adding:
Plain salmon (not smoked)
Nuts (walnuts, almonds)
Sweet potato
Legumes (chick-peas, lentils, beans)
Brown rice
Flax seeds/flaxmeal
Skim milk
Cottage cheese (low fat)
Scotch oats (different from rolled oats)
Pearl Barley (cooks like rice)
More vegetables (celery, cucumber, lettuce)
Other fruits (Bananas, blueberries, strawberries)
Lean red meats/game meats
