Thats normal
I have large weight fluctuations from day to day, and during the day.
For instance, last night I weighed 203 (which was about 6 lbs. less than the night before). This morning I weighed 206, which is about normal for mornings lately. However, just now I weighed 211!
My weight easily fluctuates 5 pounds between morning and night, and sometimes is does weird stuff day-to-day like it did today. I don't think I have eaten different or drank less/more fluids, and I weigh before a shower, so I know it isn't clothing.
Anybody else like this?

Well, I'd sure like to know what I gained 8 lbs. of between last night and this afternoon!

Water and food, I guess.
food, liquid intake, and regularity (I wanted to avoid having to say how often u take a dump!!) may have a lot to do with it...

I lose 2-3 pounds overnight, but also my diet changes very little from day to day. Sodium intake will be very similar, and caloric differences are 400 or less for the day, so weight fluctuations for me are not very large.

So when is the best time to weigh yourself in?
I'd say in the mornings - that's when it's most consistent because for the most part you don't have the amount of food/liquid you've consumed as a factor in the equation.
