whey + cooking?

are there any whey proteins that you can actually bake with? ive noticed that when heat is applied to most of the whey ive tried it gets really tough and tastes horrible. Not good for baking protein bars. Any suggestions?

cooking with whey basically makes it unusable for anabolic processes (whey is manufactured at the lowest possible temperatures for a reason). if you want to cook with protein powders use egg albumin or caesin...
