shake mixers

I was intrested to see what type of shake mixers everyone used. I need to buy one that i can use at the office. Using a blender is too much trouble there.

Shake Mixers

I've tried various mixer containers over the years. Can never seem to get rid of the clumps (yuck) doing it manually. I've always gone back to using my Braun electric handmixer. The Braun is small and blends the shake to a nice thick consistancy.

Any local vit shop should have some shakers or you can go online. Most shakers are the same...I don't even use the filter screen anymore. I just add my whey and close the top. Or if anything you can pre-mix the shakes at home and carry them with you....they hold pretty good for the entire day. If you use milk simply refrigerate it.

Have you tried switching your protein powder? I use to have the same problem with certain powders but I have found a select few that mix 100% right away. Add the water and a few shakes...no lumps. I currently use designer whey and ON pro-complex. Great stuff.
