I'm on my cut right now; eating 4% cottage cheese mixed with Pineapple as I type this.
I know that people talk about adding FF SF pudding mix to there cottage cheese, so i tried it and it was amazing, but I am wondering what this does? It has 6g carbs per serving, there obviously not sugar, does anyone know what they are? Does adding a little of this change anything? I understand if your on an extreme cut its probalbly not good, but.... im not so?
