What Foods Cause Bloating?

Hello,
I am curious of what foods will cause us to bloat? The reason I ask is because it seems I am always bloated or filled with water while I am on my cutting diet. I drink almost 2 gallons of water so I know it is not that, plus my salt intake is low. I think its the foods I eat. I eat Whey protein, chicken, vegies, eggs, yogurt (every other day), cottage cheese, oranges, whole wheat bread, butter, oatmeal, skim milk, essential fats, and almonds.

Anyway, if someone could list out some foods that cause bloating, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Different foods have different reactions to everyone. You may have digestive issues and need to get some digestive enzymes. You may be allergic to something such as the whole wheat. Many people are allergic to whole wheat and don't even know it. You need to test all this out yourself though with trial and error.

I love sweet potatos so much but they bloat me so bad so I tend to stick with oats and brown rice instead.

differnet for anyone. You need to figure out what food bloat you.

For me it is dairy products (even my whey protein to an extent) and especially cottage cheese.

I was going to suggest this. It turns out that I may be gluten intolerant. For those that don't know, gluten is the protein in wheat and other grains. I've cut out all pasta, breads (even whole grains), and any flour products, even oats. Besides, oats, rye, wheat and other grains are related. Gluten intolerance, I'm finding out, is really pretty common. Makes one think that man really was not meant to eat grains. Without the wheat products, I don't have the bloating and runs like I used to have.

I had never realized how badly cottage cheese bloats me up until yesterday. I ate some cottage cheese to get some quick slow digesting protein before I hung out with my freinds and wow. I felt like a whale all night.
