i dont think its healthy to eat that much tuna, i think it has something to do with mercury content or something. Other than that, your macros look great. Dont understand how you could do this for more than a day or two without getting sick. We all need some variety in our lives. I'd add a tbsp or two of natty pb to your 9:30 meal to slow digestion, and maybe a scoop or two of whey to get some protein in quickly in meal one. Other than that, have a ball. Personally, id kill myself after a week of this. by the way, are you bulking or cutting?

its totally up to you bro, if its a matter of convenience or however that is spelled chicken, turkey, salmon, shrimp, and crab all come in cans as well. Hard boiled eggs are easy as are shakes. I personally eat around 2-3 of those pouches of tuna a day, but I think you should be fine as long as you keep it out of every meal, maybe just a few. One more thing, where the hell are your veggies? gotta eat your veggies, throw those in with your no carb meals, they wont add too much. I hope your taking a good multivitamin with that diet.

if your cutting keep high sugar fruits to a minimum. actually keep all fruits to a minimum except pwo. Go wild with the veggies, I dont even count them toward my goals, i usually go through a couple of pounds of frozen vegetables every few days.

not sure what the recommended daily allowance is, i dont really count sodium, just buy the "no salt added" kind of foods, and dont add salt, at least not too much, to your meals. You can get flavor in other ways.

Have you seriously tried that diet?? I think after 1 week, you will be ready to commit suicide at the very sight of a can of Tuna!!

Study the sticky 'Guide to ... ' It has a LOT of great info to help sort your diet as well as a link to a doc to recommended foods that you can choose from. Once you fix your diet, post it meal by meal with cals and macros for a critique.
