how much protein is to much?
I know I should eat 2 grams per pound day but sometimes i eat more, is there an amount of protein thats not healthy to eat?

You definitely need more than 2 grams a day. I eat 300.
BTW, I know you meant 2 g/lb of BW, not just 2 grams - I was just kidding. I'd say any more than 2 g/lb of BW is putting undue stress on your kidneys. I usually keep it around 1.5. Besides, I've read the average person can only process 50 grams at a time. If I ate 2x my BW (420 grams) per day in 50 gram increments, that would be like eight meals a day, which is nearly impossible unless you eat for a living. |

since i am heavier would i need more - i usually take in 375-400 grams, bout the same in carbs,
