Tea is fine. It is calorie free (without the honey ). It is actually good for you - being packed with antioxidants!

The reason why people say it is a 'drug' is because it has caffine in it. But the levels are not that high, so unless you are drinking REALLY stong tea and about 5 to 10 cups a day, there is no problem.

I would be careful of the amount of honey you add though - that is pretty calorie dense, so it could easily add up to a fair amount if you have a few cups a day.

My new favorite Tea is the Lipton green tea with cherry, blueberry, raspberry and strawberry mixes.
It tastes good.

Green Tea... got me off coffee... I lost 10 pounds in a month or so...

I started with Lemon flavoured and moved to just straight green... it's not bad.

Tea taste all the same to me. I think I need to try real leaf to get a more strong and natural flavor.

I'm all over the orange -n- spice stuff ... add a bunch of lemons. It also helped me get through my little bout with the flu a week ago. Because of all the tea I consumed my throat was not so sore as normal.
