because of my job i have to pre cook my meals.but when i'm bulking up Taco Bell does a great job of it for me...

I do!
I make them all up right after I get home from the grocery.
I put it all in a ziplock baggie and am set for the week. no problems with cheating because this is easier than going out or cooking!
