    critique me please

    heres my basic diet.. i dont have anything laid out in stone like in exact times but this is how it usually goes down....

    meal
    1 whole egg
    5 egg whites
    ham and mushrooms
    2 pieces of WW with a little jelly

    snack
    protein shake

    meal
    lean burger on foreman
    WW bun
    FF cheese
    a Few Baked Ruffles

    meal
    chicken/tuna/steak
    veggies

    meal
    chicken/tuna/steak
    rice pilaf

    i eat as often as i can.. prob about 5 meals a day... im going to get more things to snack on such as protein bars and yogurts.... anything i can change to make it better... or do you guys thing revamp the whole thing

    goals... to continue to build muscle but without adding any additional fat.... i dont want to bulk right now so i guess it would be a moderate cut... i dont like the bulking/cutting phases im just trying to eat alot eat often and eat healthy....5'11" 168lbs
    somehow trying to get the abs but bulk at the same time.......

    chips..not your healthiest choice here bud...ww bun is pushing it already

    Why not switch this meal with the previous one?? You don't want carbs right before bed.

    Id say give us your macros of each meal as well...that shows the types of foods but the the quantity and such. Help us help you!
