critique me please
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com heres my basic diet.. i dont have anything laid out in stone like in exact times but this is how it usually goes down....
meal 1 whole egg 5 egg whites ham and mushrooms 2 pieces of WW with a little jelly snack protein shake meal lean burger on foreman WW bun FF cheese a Few Baked Ruffles meal chicken/tuna/steak veggies meal chicken/tuna/steak rice pilaf i eat as often as i can.. prob about 5 meals a day... im going to get more things to snack on such as protein bars and yogurts.... anything i can change to make it better... or do you guys thing revamp the whole thing thanks |

goals... to continue to build muscle but without adding any additional fat.... i dont want to bulk right now so i guess it would be a moderate cut... i dont like the bulking/cutting phases im just trying to eat alot eat often and eat healthy....5'11" 168lbs
