Mix any fruit that u like with Carnation dry milk and water in the blender....

for 1/3 cup dry milk u get: 8 grams protein and 12 grams carbs...

1 cup gets u a decent amount of protein

Hmm no whey...you could mix cottage cheese in a blender with some oats or fruit with some ice and water.

Or hell go the savory route...throw a chicken breast, some ice, some sweet potatoes, and some flax. Add some salt/pepper and blend till happy. MmmMMM good!
