you are not eating enough. protein, carbs, and fat at every meal divided evenly throughout the day.

I think that this phrase says it all....U went on a diet. Diets dont work...Lifestyle changes do! U gotta re think the way you eat, train, sleep and take care of yourself...the catch is you gotta do it for good, and until you have your mind set on it, you will most likely keep doing the yo-yo thing...

I think the first thing u should do is figure out your daily cals for maintenance and try to create a deficit of 500 cals form that daily(500 cals X 7 days=3500 cals/week= loss of 1 pound of fat)...either by cutting down/modifying food intake or with exercise....preferably a combination of both.(its a lot easier to cut out 250 cals from your diet and burn 250 with exercise than to cut out 500 cals) IMHO, , for weight loss, 40-40-20 ratio of protein, carbs and fats is optimal if you also exercise.

The key is to not DIET per say...You can still enjoy super tasty meals, even in school and the restaurant if you think before you eat. That was my problem, I ate, then thought about what I shoved down my throat! TOO LATE! I was also an emotional eater. Once you get the hang of it, you might actually enjoy it!

No you went on a diet....crazy said it all...you did not make it a life style or else you would have carried it over into your work and school days. I did it, we all did it, so this means you can to. You need to have the motivation and desire to maintain that lifestyle. Its all up to you to change...we can't do anything more. You have the knowledge at hand and for the summer I remember you doing great. I also had a discussion with you the week before school started and we had things sorted out so you could maintain your healthy life style. YOU and only YOU chose not to!

Heres where you need to start...you know how to fix it...you've done it before so get diggin to your old records and remember why the things you are currently eating are BAD for you and why you DIDN'T eat them over the summer.
