i dont mean to sound rude, but what the fuck is a london broil steak. I worked as a butcher for about 5 years, and i have never heard this term in my life until just now.
In oz if u asked for this cut of meat, then i would stab the customer

but i would say that off the cap of round you are looking at a pretty lean cut.
