As you know I am a skinny guy, and I've been reading the stickies and getting confused.
Could a kind person out there please write me out a meal plan which is easy to stick to?
No but you can take your weight...figure you calroies out...divide it by 6 and pick healthy foods to fit that status. We are not here to do the work for you just help you correct your problems and unfortunatly we do not fix lazyness.

U need to clearly understand the basics of dieting(when, what, how to eat) before u actually start eating! Take the time to read everything u can get ur hands on about nutrition, figure out ur maintenance cals. and add about 500 to those(to start) for a bulk....

Theres only so many times you can help a person before it becomes rediculus...if they have read the stickies I see no reason why they can't make a bulk up. There are some examples for them to even choose from not to mention the millions posted already from other people probably of the same stats. Those are the simplist ones to do...eat alot and enjoy! Cutting is where it gets tricky.

Sounds like a crappy bulking diet a large ecto could only get away with doing without adding to much fat. That could def be revised some. But good try.
BigDyl LOL I try...if your gonna do something do it right. I try to use the best of my knowledge in every situation and if I can help it I eat as clean as possible disregarding taste, texture, and even smell. Food is fuel and thats how I think of it...not as a luxery to indulge myself anymore.

DeadBolt...I never had a 'try' , I simply copied it down from an article and pasted it on a word document I have of diets I accumulate through reading articles.
Like I said though, definitely more complex carbs needed.
dude it is soooooooo fucking easy to eat over 350g of protein a day especially on a bulk, and since you are sikkney and probably have a fast metabolism go fucking eat anything that is high in protein who cares?? good luck butn I dont see what the big problem here is..

I should have not said it that way...I was refering to the diet...it was a good try at a bulk diet not saying you made it at all. I assumed you had just an array of them. Sorry bud.

Its not only about protein...it all a proper balance of macros. I could pack in 10k calories a day if I wanted to but it wouldn't help me gain any LBM just fat weight. You need to eat the proper things...yes on a bulk you can get away with some cheats and a little extra fat gains if you don't mind but by no means should you eat just any ol' thing.
Any why the hell would he eat over 350g's of protein?!? Thats probably anywhere from 2-2.5 g's per lb of bodyweight. So not needed...

U can a ctually eat whatever the heck you want on a bulk...But if you dont wanna have to cut for 26 weeks out of the year, you might wanna invets time and effort into clean eating!!!

I'd stick to the "somewhat" clean eating....donuts and cake wont get ya "big" just fat.

I dont think there is anything wrong with eating 350 grams of protein a day on a bulk all togehter not just in shakes.....i am 200 pounds and thats not even 2g of protein per pound of body...I didn say anything about balance I just said the amount...I eat different kinds of food every day along with about 3-4 protein shakes a day, my regular day includes tuna, chiken, turkey, protein shakes, otameal, and green vegies spread out..
